Frequently asked questions

Which models do you use?

Claude, GPT or open-weight models (Qwen, Llama) — chosen for your use case, budget and confidentiality constraints. The System tier includes multi-model fallback.

Is my data used to train anything?

No. Your data stays in your accounts and your dedicated environment (hosted in Switzerland). No training, working copies deleted after delivery, DPA on request.

What about maintenance after delivery?

The System tier includes 30 days of support. Beyond that, monthly maintenance on quote — or ongoing hosting on your SOKKAN Cloud instance.

Can it be no-code (n8n, Make)?

Yes, if you want your team to edit the flows themselves. The LLM logic stays documented either way.
