Who delivers my mission?

Today: the Ninabot Sàrl team (Geneva) — a senior engineer, ex-banking infrastructure, augmented by SOKKAN agents. As the network opens: selected independent developers, under the same transparency — you see everything in the cockpit, whoever delivers.

What if the scope doesn't fit the tier?

We say so at kickoff, before starting: reduce the scope, move up a tier, or refund. Never a surprise invoice.

Where does my data go?

It stays in your dedicated environment (isolated VM, hosted in Switzerland at Exoscale, Geneva). No model training on your data. DPA on request.

What happens after delivery?

Each mission runs in a dedicated environment created for the project. At the end, three exits, announced at order time: ① it becomes your SOKKAN Cloud instance (ownership transfer, from CHF 129/month, cancel monthly); ② you take everything home — code, data, docs — and the environment is destroyed with certification; ③ no answer within 30 days, export kept and automatic destruction. The code is yours in every case.

How does payment work?

Online via Stripe (card), at order time. Prices excl. VAT, Swiss VAT added where applicable. VAT-number invoice available directly at checkout.
