SOKKAN Router
One endpoint, your OpenAI SDK unchanged: you change base_url, that is all. The catalogue shows each model’s hosting zone — Switzerland (CH), the European Union (EU) or the United States (US) — and the X-Data-Location header keeps a request in Switzerland or in Europe.
The same SDK, one more piece of information: where every token runs.
The catalogue lists each model’s hosting zone: CH, EU or US. Send X-Data-Location: CH or EU and the request only runs in that zone (EU = EEA and Switzerland); any is the default. Every response tells you where it ran.

When a model is served in more than one place, we race the providers: if the first has not started answering after a short delay, the next one starts, the first to send a token wins and the other is cancelled. The switch happens before the first byte, so an answer never mixes two sources. If nobody answers in time, you get a clear 504.

SOKKAN Router is operated by NINABOT Sàrl in Geneva, the company behind SOKKAN. The router runs on our servers in Geneva (Exoscale); the models run in the zone shown for each of them. Terms, data processing agreement (DPA) and privacy policy are online.
